Services:

Primary health care with a "whole person" approach

• Physicals (check-ups) including preventive medicine
• Healthy lifestyle counseling/education – (such as Diabetic Teaching, nutrition and exercise)
• Well woman visits
• Sick visits (illness or minor injuries)
• Chronic illness management (such as Diabetes, Asthma, High Blood Pressure)
• Counseling and help with life problems (such as depression, weight problems, smoking cessation)
• Dental Hygiene
• Physical Therapy
• Eye exams
• Prescription assistance (non-narcotic medications)
• Case management

Help with medications and supplies, or other medical services at low or no cost

Hours by appointment only. Please call 207-929-6455 for our schedule or for an appointment.

Health Center Schedule:

• Tuesdays 8:30 a.m. – Noon - Labs and Patient Teaching
• Tuesdays and Thursdays 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. - New Patient Intakes Only
• 1st and 3rd Wednesday evenings 5:30 – 7 p.m.
• Every Thursday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• 2nd and 4th Saturdays 9 a.m. – Noon
• 4th Saturday – Physical Therapy 9 a.m. – Noon
• Dental Hygiene – one Friday per month
• Counseling schedule varies.

Payment Policy:

There are no fees for service at LMFHC. The Center needs and happily accepts donations. LMFHC is funded solely by community donations. Your donation of time, services, and/or dollars helps us to extend access to FREE health care to the underserved in our community.
